The Tsunami Experience

 Tsunami Spas grew out of American Pacific Spas which had been in business since the late 80's. We still own the name American Pacific but decided in 2002 that a better business model would be to change the name, stop building for dealers and build custom spas sold direct-to-client. The biggest hurdle has been convincing people that we actually assemble our spas right here in Vancouver as opposed to just buying and re-selling spas like everyone else.

 We get called on to do the tough, interesting, and unusual projects because we have the creativity, flexibility and experience, while everyone else just sells spas. Our goal is to build high quality spas using the best parts available and be very gracious with our information and knowledge, even if you aren't buying our product! That is part of the Tsunami Experience!

 We see ads all the time for "factory direct spas" and "factory direct pricing" and so do you. Call and ask them where the "factory" is . . .Florida. . .California. . .Canada? You get the idea.
